The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. We regret that we cannot guarantee the shipping times as stated above, as delivery time will vary based on carrier and location.

Please note that for international shipments DHL and FedEx may require additional information, such as your social security number or fiscal number, for customs clearance. This is based on the total order value and is beyond our control. You may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, without the requested information, the carrier will be unable to deliver your order and it will be returned to our warehouse.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@uzairnaseem.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom made items that are created specifically for you are not eligible for a return. It is due to the handmade nature of these pieces and a great amount of hours spent by our atelier. We advise that you contact us before you make a purchase and we will help you decide so that there is no need for a return or an exchange. Items not eligible for a return or exchange will be marked as such in the product description. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
