Shipping and Returns
The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. We regret that we cannot guarantee the shipping times, as delivery time will vary based on carrier and location.
Please note that for international shipments the carrier may require additional information, such as your social security number or fiscal number, for customs clearance. This is based on the total order value and is beyond our control. You may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, without the requested information, the carrier will be unable to deliver your order and it will be returned to our warehouse.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
Returns
Please note that all our pieces are handmade and not mass produced so we do not offer any returns. If upon reception of your order, you see any issues or defects, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
